Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
Zany Emote ("we", "the site") lets you turn a photo into a short AI dance video. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account information. When you create an account we store your email address and a salted hash of your password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name from Google via OAuth.
- Photos you upload. Photos you submit for video generation are sent to Google's Gemini API to produce the video. We do not keep your uploaded photos after the video is generated.
- Generated videos. Videos generated from your account are stored so you can view and download them from the "My Videos" section.
- Payments. Purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — Stripe sends us only the purchase result so we can add credits to your account.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs standard request information such as IP addresses for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To operate your account, track your credit balance, and deliver generated videos.
- To process payments and credit your account after purchase.
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
We use a single secure, HTTP-only cookie to keep you signed in. It contains no personal information — just a random session identifier.
Your choices
- You can sign out at any time from the account box on the homepage.
- To delete your account and your generated videos, contact us at the address below and we will remove your data.
Children
This service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date above will be revised.
